Reservation Policy

  • All reservations made through FlyNowTurkey are free of charge. No payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment is made on the day of the flight or jump at the service point.
  • Your reservation will be confirmed via WhatsApp and you will receive a confirmation message.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled flight/jump date.
  • To cancel, simply contact us via WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Flights cancelled due to weather conditions (wind, rain, fog, etc.) incur no charge whatsoever.
  • In such cases, your flight can be rescheduled to another suitable date free of charge, or a full refund will be provided.
  • Weather assessments are made by our professional pilots with safety as the top priority.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive at the service point at the scheduled time without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • Repeated no-shows may require pre-approval for future reservations.
  • We kindly ask you to notify us in advance via WhatsApp if you will be late.
