Cancellation & Refunds
If we cancel due to weather, no fee is charged — we offer alternative dates or a full refund. Customer cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the flight.
Health & Safety
Customers with heart conditions, blood pressure issues, pregnancy, or recent fractures/stitches must provide medical clearance before flying. False declarations put liability on the customer.
Disputes
Turkish law applies. Alanya courts have jurisdiction.
